Support Availablity

Customer e-mail and phone calls are handled during business hours, and all systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When system-level problems are detected, they are corrected immediately. Additionally, we strive to answer all telephone and e-mail inquiries within one business day.

Remember, you can easily create accounts, add services, update your billing information, or administrate your web site at any time of the day or night by logging in, with a terminal or via telnet, or via our web-based Account Admin system.

Authenticated Requests

For HoloNet members, the best way to contact HoloNet support is by sending your messages from an authoritative source. This will ensure that your messages are handled in the most efficient manner.

For security reasons, any requests that entail a change to your account configuration must originate from an authoritative source.
You can send an authenticated message by either:
  1. Logging in to your HoloNet account and sending us an e-mail message.

  2. Sending a message from the Account Administration area. Choose the "Authenticated Mail" option from the Table of Contents after logging in.

  3. Sending us a letter via postal mail or fax. The request must:

    • Include your account name
    • Be signed by the administrative contact for your account or an officer of your company
    • Be on company letterhead, if available
    • Be printed or typed to ensure legibility.

While we do not want to make it difficult for you to make changes to your account, we also don't want to make it easy for anyone else to do so!
